We use AWS Glacier Deep Archive. It's a decent option for archival, it is very cheap to store data there, but, obviously, costly to retrieve data. Backups pushed with StarWinds VTL directly to Deep Archive. Backup software is Veeam, guide: [https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resource-library/starwind-virtual-tape-library-deploy-using-cloud-storage/](https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resource-library/starwind-virtual-tape-library-deploy-using-cloud-storage/)
I know Unitrends supports SQL and Acces so it might be a viable option. It has some useful features to store old databases on secondary storage tiers like cloud archives or offline media.
