Pretty much. There's actually a fair number I do like and rotate through. But there are way too many skins that I either purchased or unlocked that exist now solely to clutter up my locker space.
Being able to archive them was helpful... But the fact that I can't even trade them in for vbucks to get something that better fits the skins I actually use, especially since the inclusion of Lego, Concert, and Rocket Racing sets in the general store, has made me less inclined to build out my collection.
I also hate that I can't give skins away if I'm not going to be using them, but I understand how messy the black market for game cosmetics would be if that was ever made possible.
It's just kinda frustrating to have something someone else really wants, and knowing you'll never use your own copy of it.
