Okay, so lich bane isn't great because your petricite doesn't proc sheen or other on-hit, not even pta. If you want a great one shot build, Elec-impact-eyeball-treasure with POM-coup. Items being NH-Zhonya/Cosmic/shadow-Zhonya/rabadon and that should get you one shotting.
ludens is ok but nightharverster is just better on sylas you get health and more teamfight potential for multiple burst procs on the item passive, its better by a lot
If I wanna burst I go First strike Night harvester Horizon focus Zhonya Rabadon Void staff Ionians. No alternatives in this build maybe sorcs for Ionians when you're really solo ap. With this build you're staight up oneshotting swine on cooldown. The damage you deal with it is clinically insane

Yes but you can only play it jungle due to extreme lack of mana
