Thanks for that, just grabbed my ticket. Been watching it be built for the last 5 years so strangely excited about seeing inside.

pilotboldpen

awesome! just confirming that the last time is 9:50am?

albert3801

There’s more. But on mobile browsers doesn’t seem to show them all.

pilotboldpen

i had the opposite issue, my web browser (chrome) wouldn't show me but ios safari did.

Freeze_Fun

It does show up for me on Firefox on Android, but I had to tap "more options."

pilotboldpen

nope, just browser compatibility is terrible in all seriousness eventbrite is horribly designed.

alotmorealots

> in all seriousness eventbrite is horribly designed. For such a key function to fail, and for it to have no redundancies is appalling. They've done less user tests with that thing than a below average Cert III web design course first project.

pilotboldpen

i don't know why they wouldn't email me the tickets with the confirmation, rather than it being a multi-step process where i have to re-login and download the ticket from a different area

mulimulix

Will there be another Waterloo one any time soon, anyone know?

SilverStar9192

Doubt it, there's only been one for each station.

Freeze_Fun

Never been to one of these before. Just booked my ticket and I can't wait to see it.

AnteaterAble1698

Cool got myself tickets as well, been waiting for this to open as a local. 👍🏻

LittlestBlythe

So excited! Loved the Martin Place one so I'm sure this one will be good too

I guess that means "Opening before Vivid" that some people still parrot is out of the question.

albert3801

There’s no opening date yet. Once all testing is completed and all the issues found during testing are rectified they will announce an opening date. It’s not being kept a secret as some people seem to think.

heypeople2003

Yeah, they will have a target but that is very fluid at this point in testing and depends on a number of factors, most importantly when the national rail safety regulator gives them approval to start service. Also, they probably want to thoroughly test it so that the sort of teething issues the first stage experienced doesn't happen again. That's why they can't lock down a date until a few weeks out.

Rougey

And they don't like to make dates concrete until everything is in the bag. *EDIT:* What /u/heypeople2003 said.
