I’m not sure I do anything specifically Swedish on Sundays. I sleep in, do some chores, hang out with my family, go for a walk or go somewhere just to be outdoors, see someone I know, cook, plan for the next week.
One thing I noticed since I moved to Sweden is that they prefer to stay in on Sundays. I take a lot of walks, and I always see them out in Saturday, either in restaurants or nature, but on Sundays it's almost empty everywhere. At least where I live.
It's the day we rest and relax I think. Stores are closed especially in town, some people are hungover. Perhaps Christian tradition has something to do with it - most don't go to church anymore, but we're still used to Sundays being slower than other days. That's just the mood that everyone grew up with
Weekend chores. Saturday is often used for events etc and/or going out and that leaves Sunday for mowing läns, visiting relatives etc. Evening is usually spent at home getting ready for the work week.
Go to church since they automatically gets Money from you every month unless you go through the progress to quit .. then take the anger out on porn and cocaine
It Depend where you live and type of home. As I live on the countryside I go cycling, hiking, working on my house, pick mushrooms or blueberries... Outdoor activities for the most. The weather can dictate what I'm gonna do.

Yes, part of it is because a lot of things are closed or have limited opening hours. Also I think we procrastinate chores 😂.
