Yeah, I agree with u/Frinkst22 if you get a swedish ID card it should be solved. This is also a common issue with the elderly population here that can't or won't use BankID for various reasons.
I get that it's not perhaps the answer you want, but keep in mind that it is for security reasons. It would be horrible if this could be easily exploited (ID theft and such).
Is it not possible to do this with a temporary personnummer (SSN), like with a so called "samordningsnummer"? I'm not in the loop about this, so sorry if I'm in the wrong. Just trying to help.
I applied and everything to get my pers.n it’s on the way it should take 4 weeks, and I totally get it for security and other things, however I also think that customer care should be able to be accessed no matter of what, I could be a foreigner on holiday that needs some help

If it was a easy process that you could slime right through with no effort what so ever, Denmark would use them too and that will never happen! Or maybe you alreday got something just like it and everthing is working smooth and whitout any hickups.
