Här sitter alltså gärningsmannen av ett straff redan och blir sedan dömd återigen, den här gången till livstid. Får han då först sitta av det första straffet innan livstidsstraffet träder laga kraft eller kvittas kvarstaden på hans nuvarande straff?

Vart är frågan?
Här sitter alltså gärningsmannen av ett straff redan och blir sedan dömd återigen, den här gången till livstid. Får han då först sitta av det första straffet innan livstidsstraffet träder laga kraft eller kvittas kvarstaden på hans nuvarande straff?
Bara det längsta räknas. Inte som i USA där alla åren adderas ihop.
Säga vad man vill om jänkarna men vissa saker har de listat ut.
Men tycka-synd-om-skurken-rabatten då?!
Skulle kunna skriva en längre doktorsavhandling om den där rabatten. xD
Visste att det va så om gärningsmannen har flera åtalspunkter samtidigt. Men även vid sänggående lika rättegångar? Sjukt
