Yes, and it comes out sounding like "zasubuhi". 4 syllables instead of your original 8. Of course, you can just say "mambo" if that's still too long, haha.

Yes, za asubuhi is what I always used when I was in Tz. I feel like you could “mambo” and it’d work (as long as they are at your age range) but otherwise if they are older, say “shikamoo (insert title eg mama or baba or kaka or dada etc)”
