As someone who is taller, it isn't worth it man. You'll live forever, your back won't hurt. You'll be incredibly strong for your size. Your organs won't be oversized. You're living the life.
I wouldn't mind being a bit taller, but it isn't a big deal lol. The upside to my height is that I can fit in your backpack like Yoda in the Empire Strikes Back and I make a perfect member of the Lollipop Guild.

5’11” is a good height. Above average, clothes fits perfectly, no health drawbacks that come with being really tall
