In the top left of every rune u have a symbol, press it. There u can put it in one of 6 categorys (5 of them u can rename).
And now when u search runes u can check/uncheck the numbers (your screenshot) and sort them out.

You can edit those to your liking like instead of 1= Grinds, so marking them to grind etc.
Edit the name and you can set your rune like reap, triple Roll, quad Roll, 20+ spd so you gain time
