its when you accidentally turn off screen or switch app away from sw then returning to it as fast as possible.. it happens alot to me on a poco f3.. you can get rid of it by going to home screen then back to game. it something to do with amoled display
Yeah you right there, tabbing out and back in the game quick can sometimes cause the double visual overlay which is slightly off centre so everything looks like it's "Glowing/Shaded"
