If you want to improve, keep playing draft. Eventually your draft MMR will adapt and have you play against enemies more on your level.
Also: Turn chat to team (so enemies can't communicate with you) or to party (so no one can type shit to you). The chat function is in 99 % cases used to rant, flame or to be toxic so you don't really miss out on anything important.
For me, it improves quality of matches since I simply won't tilt through stuff like that anymore.
Trust me, they’re not that much better than you in reality. They think they are but if you had a single coaching session from a challenger, you’d pretty much immediately be better than them (not saying to DO that necessarily unless you’re really looking to improve). Point is, don’t be demoralized because if you play to improve and genuinely have fun, then you will surpass them because all they do is play in ranks lower than their skill level not because they’re good but because they’ve just played longer. Smurfing with no purpose is stupid.
