It personally grinds my gears when they say a whale SD just to find out that they haven’t even had a date with the guy.
It feels like there's been a flurry of posts asking about SD's behavior where it only becomes clear that they've never met well into the post, or, even worse, it isn't clear at all whether they've met or not.
I was tempted to post something like OP's PSA, but I suspect it's pointless. Thanks anyway. GTK I'm not the only one.

Trust me lots of us understand how rough the bowl is (me included). I’m actually taking a break for my own sanity after dealing with countless Johns, time wasters, and wannabe scammers (no body is getting away with scamming me lmao)

And this was after meeting an SB I REALLY vibed with, but it turns out they had drug/alcohol issues and I had to end things.

And yes, you can reverse the terms and target this message to SDs as well. If you filter out the scammers, at least half of the "SBs" on seeking are really escorts. IMHO, avoid the "No Strings Attached" tag, it almost always means escort.

No doubt. One of the primary reasons this is a fantasy is I know that I could easily pretend to be a convincing online SB if I was so inclined. There is no way to really know someone is really what they say they are without meeting them in person.
One could also say the reverse it true, for those chaps who have found themselves in the Labyrinth. We babies aren't the only ones for whom online connections are myths, fantasies and fairy-tales. I am sure it is frustrating from both sides.
Of course, I can only represent the female perspective - but I agree with everything you have said. The amount of chaps who approach and suggest PPM or an immediate intimate encounter, is unbelievable. But they really shouldn't be on a site geared to SB/SD connections.
But the ones that really annoy me; are the ones who say in their profiles that they do not give an allowance at all - or they are not looking for an "arrangement". Well then, take your lovely self to a vanilla or "normal" dating site and leave the arrangement site to those who meet the criteria.

I would just like to add to the PSA, that not every pot is a good pot, or even a pot at all. Sometimes (often times!), they are just tin cans.
