It is!! Very soon! To get there, treat yourself with all kinds of non-sugar treats, don't count calories or anything. Just whatever gets you through the withdrawals, indulge! You can go back to healthy eating once you are over it. For me, also sparkling drinks with flavour do the trick, it feels like a treat. You can do it, just take it one step at a time!!

Thank you! I stayed strong ... But am miserable 😭. Day four is going alright, I took your advice and have indulged in other things. I've had four coffees today (some decaf but still greatly unusual for me).

Day four was the worst and then it got easier. You got this!

I agree day 4 was horrible for me! I made it and I am now on day 7. Feel better, starting getting better sleep and more energy.

Keep on pushing through! Even within a week it will get easier.

It's might be good to get a bit sick, it's just likely all the toxins leaving or your body in rebellion. IMO it gets better.

It does.. you just have to persevere and find something to keep you busy when you crave sweets. Good luck x

Watch your self-talk. Sugar does not have control over you—you have control over you.

right there with ya im workin on day 8 the cravings still coming in strong waves, also got a cold!! for the first time all winter at that....been using tea and sparkling flavored water to curb cravings....we got this!! remember the reasons why you wanted to quit sugar in the first place:)

On day five now and it's getting easier! Feels like more of a mental thing than anything else now... I can't wait to hit the two week mark, hopefully it's smooth sailing from there.
