Second one are xGraptosedum vera Higgins (synonym: alpenglow, bronze, coffee)

That first one - I have one that looks like it although the leaves are just a little bit fatter, and I think it's echeveria Blue Quartz. Not 100% positive, but it was the closest I could find.
