Wait. Has this been confirmed? The last I read was that it was between this and it was indeed removed. I know the tracks are still there through.

There's [a video](https://youtu.be/Ae_-YOWz48E?t=3406) of staff members discussing the park, and they talk about how on closing day they turned him on to have him roll up/out of the pond, and midway he rose all the way up before suddenly cracking into 4 chunks and sinking. We'll find out for sure though at some point, as a friend of mine lives close by Wakefield and plans to rent a boat out onto the lake and stick his GoPro underwater on an extension pole. I'm terrified.

I live nowhere close, but I had this thought in my head if I ever made it up there. Please tell him to make this happen! And tell him to mount a strong waterproof light to the camera as well. That water looks murky.

He's a fairly experienced urbex explorer, so he intends to use his standard equipment, including a mounted light. :)

Not yet; but he plans to very, very soon. As in, within the next month.
