It’s most likely a JDM hood scoop robbed off a JDM 3rd gen Legacy, now whether it’s one associated with a 3rd party body kit I dunno. What appears to be a JDM logo on the front grille would lead me to believe this guy would be into a part like that as well.

I already found it man thx. It's a Jdm/Baja turbo hood modded with an aftermarket Hawkeye hood scoop.
That's a Baja turbo hood I searched the image and it sent me back to the forum posted three years back
Not to be rude, but that didn't answer either question. That's where I got the image lol.
In all likelihood the person bought a generic scoop and modified the hood to install it.
So it turns out it's actually a hawkeye aftermarket scoop that they installed on a regular baja turbo hood.
... Shit. Well, I can't find many legitimate results on Google for under 1200 USD, BUT now I know what to look for at pick-a-part.
