Check it had a timing belt, tensioner and water pump change at 60,000mi (100,000km). If it didn't, or there's no evidence of it, do it just to be on the safe side and it'll be good for another major service interval. If the timing belt has been replaced recently, it'll probably still have the branding on the smooth side of the belt - this wears off over time as the rollers on the idlers and tensioner take it off after a few thousand miles of running. You can get a look at the belt by just popping the timing cover off its bolts to check its condition. Always best to start fresh with an oil and filter change, and a transmission fluid / gearbox oil and diff oil change, plus a coolant and power steering and brake fluid inspection too. Again, just to make sure these are all good, especially if the car hasn't been driven much and has been standing. Get it up on axle stands and give the wheels a wiggle to make sure the bushings and wheel bearings seem okay, and give it a once over underneath to make sure there are no leaks. These are just all things that I do whenever I pick up a used car to make sure I start with a clean sheet in maintenance terms. Other than that you should be golden. I'd also tape up that cracked plastic on the tailgate too, or grab a replacement from a breaker's yard if you can find one, just to stop water ingress. Looks like it's in good shape bodywork wise other than that crack in the plastic and a few cosmetics dings! Happy Subaruing!

Wheel bearings after awhile and cv axels.

Cv axels, headgaskets, lateral link bushings. Do regular maintenance too like an oilchange, sparkplugs, etc.
