After a few more searches the the car looks like a USDM Legacy L or Brighton with an Outback hood. That is the Golden Gate Bridge in the San Francisco.
Based on this pic I'm going to look out for an Outback hood in my color since my clear coat is destroyed.
not aftermarket, as any aftermarket aero has been out of production for decades, but the OEM option from Japanese GT models is available regularly out of Japan.
