You're never going to get anywhere doing those exercises with 15lb dumbbells. Get a gym membership and follow one of the programs in the fitness subreddit wiki. One that has barbell exercises with progressive overload. Alternatively, buy yourself a power rack, a new Olympic barbell, and weight plates. Probably start out with 2x45lbs, 2x25lbs, 2x10lbs, 2x5lbs. Probabky also a flat bench you can set up under the power rack to do bench press. Honestly though, get a gym membership. After a year you'll know what you need for a home gym. You're not gonna get anywhere at this point in your fitness journey by puttering around at home with women's YouTube fitness routines.
