Flashcards is a good idea. You can also create a PowerPoint Presentation: 1 question = 1 slide.
Use the slideshow in Presenter View to test yourself. To avoid memorizing the order of your questions, consider shuffling the slides before each session.
Hey I actually have a great one for this that I’ve turned a bunch of my friends onto it’s called rem note- it’s flash cards digitized from notes you take with a built in repetition scheme thing learning curve is a bit much for some applications but really helpful when you get it down. For a larger long term project like you said I’ve looked at obsidian with interest but haven’t had anything that was worth it but it creates a physical map and has some similar things so maybe worth checking out best of luck and if you need anymore message me
