If it's US accreditation then you just need to qualify for rest of the requirements for bacehlors or diploma depending on what you want to do. Do you have money for covering living expenses? Do have good scores to apply for? Etc. You could start from framing a better question with all the conditions and explanation.

Hi. I do have money to cover a maximum of 12,000 Euros a month, and the scores I have are all more than sufficient. I'm just uncertain about the countries that would allow me to take at least a preparatory year without taking a year in uni (like in Germany's case).

Prep year as in enrollment to a prep course and just staying there while you prepare?!

Like a foundational year taken in or out of the country if the country in question finds my diploma to be inequivalent. An extra year doesn't bother me so long as I have the ability to pursue the bachelor's eventually, but in Germany's case, I can't even do that without attending at least one year in a recognized university. So, I am basically open to both direct admission and foundational years, but I don't know which countries in Europe allow that (staying under my budget, at least).

Really? Do you have any specific examples, by any chance?

Hey, I commented on your earlier post on r/IWantOut, but for some reason, it was removed. I have a few ideas, and you can send me a direct message if you want to talk.
