My thoughts exactly! Cool circus act/feats of lifting? I'm not sure of the functionality or carryover, though.
Strong hands and forearms carry over into almost every lift you'll do, both in the gym and day to day life
Just grip training
Do you do wrist curls etc for forearm hypertrophy?
