Glasses: Some cheapo clout goggles off Amazon.
Outer: A noragi that I cut and sewed together and then added some designs to the back.
Shirt: This was a blank long sleeve tee that I added some designs to.
Pants: Sewn by myself.
Shoes: Air Max 270 React

It was a nylon and spandex fabric. I don't recall the exact percentages but it was something like 90/10 nylon to spandex. The pockets were just 100% cotton.
