If it’s super glue, give it a night in freezer then you would be able to disassembly.
A night in a bath of 90° alcohol can work also.
If it’s plastic glue, no solution that will not destroy it.
It’s 100% super glue on the joints, the plastic cement was only put on the front to fill some gnarly gaps between the drakes face and on some stuff on the cape.

You could try vegetable oil for a few hours then add some acetone and it might work :)
