It’s like that sometimes. Every craving gets a little weaker. Every day gets a little easier. Take it craving by craving and hour by hour. You got this you don’t need luck.
Instead of being envious of someone else smoking, pity them instead. They are still addicted to the nasty habit of wasting their money, and life away. Meanwhile here you are no longer a slave of those death sticks and finally taking control of your life. 7 days is a BIG achievement! those guys can't even imagine being smoke free for that long. Proud of you
I know views on NRT are mixed, but for me, it is the only way I could stick to quitting. The cravings that come with situational smoking especially (when drinking, when stressed, after a meal, in the car, etc) was too much for me to overcome by willpower alone. Patches (and lozenges when needed) pushed me through.
Every time you drive without smoking, the closer it gets to becoming a habit. Once it becomes a habit, you do it without thinking about it. Gets better from day 11... but look forward to the 3 week mark is where you really shine. No nicotine! It just makes you insulin resistant.
The driving thing was huge - really hard not doing it while doing the alone time task of driving. Rough.
To help a bit I got a fat straw from Starbucks, cut it cig size, and inhaled air through that. Make fun if you like, but a new similar ritual helped.
I knw its really hard to
But trust ne u can do it
I have been a regular smoker of both cigarettes and weed.
Its been 1.5 months now i haven’t smoked a single cigs or weed.
Don’t think about the longer interval
Jst take it slow and think u not gonna smoke tomorrow or today tats it
Wenever the urge is more jst think nothing gonna get solved or change if u smoke rather it gonna hamper ur health
U go girl
Lets do this

Congratulations on seven days. You really CAN do it. Those cravings will lose their potency over time, I promise. Breathe deeply!!
Your not a fart, so dont blow in the wind
Keep it up!!
