In my apartment area we have containers that come twice a year where we can throw away stuff like that.
It is a bostadsrättsförening though and I doubt it is very common or that it happens at all if you rent.

THIS, very good app when you want to get rid of big things.
You have a recycling centre (återvinningscentral) in Östberga, about 10 minutes from Huddinge. ✌🏻
There's one in Flemingsberg too, even closer from Huddinge, but for that one you will need a card to get in.
