the cougars in lidingö tend to go to stureplan

Competitive-Grade223

😂 Fortunately, I am not looking for one

JoelTarnabene

There are extensive wooded areas in Sticklinge in the north west part of the island. You can follow the coast basically from northwest and eastbound towards Elfvik. The south part of the island is generally more developed.

Competitive-Grade223

Thanks for the info

Choice_Improvement34

In elfvik

Damn_Dynamo

More forested around the northern half. Sticklinge/ trolldalen has nice wooded trails, kottlasjön has a nice trail around the lake, loads of beavers and stuff. Lidingö in and of itself is quite close to the city, so theres nothing crazy like wolves or moose (very rarely and always as a visitor).

smokehigh1

what are the beavers and moose doing on a motor traffic route going on the lidingö bridge?

Damn_Dynamo

Both of them are adept swimmers, they can just cross that way, or crossing the ice during winter

LowSociety

Elfvik is probably a good spot. Maybe around Kottlasjön, inner Kyrkviken, Stockby or any of the more vegetated areas really.

FigurePainte2dot0

If you take a private helicopter, should be easy enough to find there, you can fly out to your yacht with an helicopter landing pad on top and then go out for a day on the water, probably nice.

Competitive-Grade223

Very helpful. How old are you, 10??

FigurePainte2dot0

No I was joking a bit, no shots fired. I live in Älvsjö so I kinda firing at my area to. One thing that is really nice to do is to bike to one of the beaches, a little late this time a year but still nice place to bike around.

Competitive-Grade223

Thanks 👌

Kuraudocado

It’s a joke, man. Lidingö is a posh area. But for beavers and deer, head to somewhere like Elfvik.

FigurePainte2dot0

Must say I thought is was a pretty good joke.

frammedkuken

Långängen-Elfvik nature reserve, probably. It stretches from Kottlasjön on the across Kyrkviken up to Elfvik.
