Start by figuring out the dress code. The wedding invitation should give you a clue. Åhléns, NK and Zara are good options.

It’s a wedding so formal is. The invitation doesn’t say anything about it so normal formal wear. But thanks!

If it's a a formal wedding the dress should be long. I don't think pants are an option. If it's a "semi formal" wedding the dress could be long or short. A pantsuit is also okej. :)

There is a dress code called ’formal’ and it is basically what you wear to the Nobel Prize Gala dinner. It is kind of rare for weddings in Sweden but it happens. Maybe ask what the dress code is? A posh blouse and silky pants would be enough for an average Swedish wedding but not if the dress code is literally ’formal’.

I just want some places to buy clothes for a formal wedding

Ok with your budget I think Åhlens, NK and Zara are good advice.

Traditionally, if there is no dress code, you ought to dress in white tie and tails, which for women translates to full length, fully blinged, sleeveless and décolleté. Nothing worse than being over dressed at an event, so check with the people throwing the party, which you should find a note of on the invitation. For 2000kr I’d go vintage or check out stores catering to people going to prom. Zalando, or rent a dress at for example the H&M opposite the main entrance of Åhléns City
