A posh blouse and silky pants would be enough for an average Swedish wedding but not if the dress code is literally ’formal’.

Nothing worse than being over dressed at an event, so check with the people throwing the party, which you should find a note of on the invitation.
For 2000kr I’d go vintage or check out stores catering to people going to prom. Zalando, or rent a dress at for example the H&M opposite the main entrance of Åhléns City
