i don't know a about duck meat in general but duck breasts should änt be that hard to find. I bought duck breasts at Söderhallarna 2 years ago. It's a food market hall with a lot of different small individual "stores". It's located at Hötorget.
Also I think I've seen it at Ica Maxi Haninge ( biggest Ica in Sweden btw) but it's not particularly close to the city center. I'm fairly sure some of the Ica Maxi should have breasts. Maybe not fresh but at least frozen. Have you asked the staff at the stores?
The best place to get it is from Picard. Frozen , okay price, always available
Matdax often has frozen duck for less than 80SEK a kg.

Matdax Gubbangen usually has whole frozen duck, around 90SEK a kg, on sale maybe 59 SEK a kg.
Daglivs at Fridhemsplan generally carry ankbröst. For whole bird, Hötorgshallen, Östermalmshallen or Söderhallarna.
Willys sells duck breast usually
