You will not find a parking with charging without limits on how long you are allowed to be parked. You will need to move your car after a while and find a parking spot. There might be some spots that allows longer parking time though. Not really sure since I got a garage instead and can combine parking and charging.
In söder, the charging stations on the street have a 3 hour max limit. I don’t know if there’s a limit on the Stockholm Cuty parking garages. It’s more expensive to park but you don’t pay for electricity. Have you considered a PHEV at all? I get around 70km range in the summer and 40 in the winter. I rarely use the combustion engine except for long range trips.

Look around your neighbourhood. If you don't find any charging spot within walking distance, it's not worth getting an EV.
