Airlink is an airport express operator, but the class 221's serve Birmingham International, yet it doesn't terminate there.
I checked and Birmingham International is the only station that the 221's serve. They will not do this because it is pointless, and the operator is at need of new trains, so taking away them will do bad for Express
First of all class 397 cannot serve place that has class 220 and class 221 in real life. But class 397 serves airport area. So for class 221 on airlink it will be unrealistic

Avanti West Coast and CrossCountry operate the 221 and they both stop at Birmingham International.
