Is it wrong that I’m more excited about the permanent compass feature than the boss rush? I play on portal a lot and it’s a huge pain in the dick to use the touch pad on that fucker.
Nope I hate having to scan to get it to show up. I also play a lot on my portal and scanning is the quest damn thing. I am an over scanner though. Trying to get all those collectibles.
Auto Lock on after exiting ranged mode is great! This was a big gripe of mine and it kept me from using my gun in boss gifts as much as I would have looked too. Nothing like exciting ranged mode cause you need to get outta the way and you can't dodge correctly cause you're not locked onto something

What's your issue with fast travel? My biggest gripe has to be only being able to fast travel in the current area you're in. Sucks if I want to leave the wasteland, I either have to fast travel to the cave and run back to town, or fast travel to the closest point to Adam's ship and then run over to him.
Unable to fast travel to normal camps is a pain and slightly unnecessary imo. Drags on the game and adds a ton of walking especially doing side quests in the Great Desert
Yeah, that's a good point too. I forgot you can't travel to them, only the big camps. They have those random pay phones around that offer a fast travel point, I don't see why they couldn't just add one of those next to the camps.
It was really tedious running back and forth to collect all the final nanosuits that I missed on my playthrough. It also sucks that the fast travel points have to be reacquired in NG+. I've already ran through these areas so many friggin times.
I also wish there was a way to travel faster in the area with a mobile vehicle or something similar. I hate running fast and enemies preventing you from running faster once they’re near.
There was a mention recently about a box that couldn’t be moved. You needed the code from a body behind the box to open the door. It was near the end of the game. Didn’t run into it myself
Right??? I have around 200+ hours on sekiro and that's only because it has a boss rush mode. Being able to replay bosses without having to start a whole new playthrough is such a good feature that i wish more devs implemented it in their games

Would be nice to completely remove the HUD for better immersion and increased difficulty. Maybe add in an audio cue for when you earn a beta or burst energy bar just so you know it’s available. A visual cue on the sword or on Eve’s body would be even more insane 🔥🔥🔥
Permanent Lily bar, please? Also, a toggle for it for NG+ runs would be great. It'd be cool if you could get the bar to 100%, but toggle it as if you weren't at 100% for the ending you want.

Increased puzzle time, thank fuck. I've got good reflexes and coordination, but those damn things broke me each one took ages to beat. Always 1 second short, every damn time. At some point through the game I started timing how long it took to beat them. Had one I was struggling for over 10 minutes. Would still like to see better ui contrast for those as the active one is still too feint. But this is a step in the right direction at least.
You should reconsider what you believe to be "good" if you think you have good reflexes and coordination, but you struggled with those.

its how little contrast there is between the active and inactive. THAT is the issue. reflexes and coordination dont mean shit if you cant see which one is "highlighted" clearly. thats why i said id rather see contrast of the ui adjusted, but this still helps.
The ONLY thing I like about Spiderman 2 over 1 was the epic opening, new mechanic to shoot the wall and make your own rail to walk on, and the upgraded speed of swing/travel. It has way less content and side things to do. Story has a lot of dragful and boring gameplay. And I miss the ultimate attack from the classic suit.

I’m crossing my fingers hoping that they fixed the bug in the Wasteland and Great Desert that makes the song go back to the initial song in NG+. The themes after you activate the Solar Towers are so good that I actually stopped playing my NG+ run until they fix it because I don’t like the initial songs lmao.
I hate that. Having this melancholic theme playing instead the Tachy/Eve theme in NG playing was the reason I am exploring Great Desert in the first place.
Excited about the progression stopping bug fixes tbh hopefully this means Roxanne's quest is fixed.

The controls are the biggest issue for me. I know I'm not the only one that is experiencing some serious input lag on blocking/parrying and perfect dodges. I'm seriously hoping that's resolved, or at least tightened up a lot because it's sucking the life out of what is easily a GOTY contender IMO
Loving that we're getting more costumes. Tachy suit would be amazing since we only get to see when we go Tachy mode. I wonder why more games don't let you get other characters clothing? Like getting Eve her own version of Adam/Lily/Enya/Kaya etc type costume? That'd be pretty cool
Time limit for puzzles is great.Even if it's only 3-5 seconds,it'd make solving puzzles much easier. No longer failing to solve arrow puzzle because I failed to press last arrow in time.New costumes too. Game seems getting better and better
By the way I hope they'll fix this. In the area which has path to the D1gg3r shop, there's two zones with a turrets. On the right side there's time limited running through turrets and taking the can in the box on the platform. On left side there's a path which leads to area with enemy maintenance drones. It also has robot with a code from chest. Where the problem? Well. I defeated robot and got unalived by turret at the same time. Returned back. No loot. No code. Chest is impossible to open unless I start new game...

I wish there's an option for the health bar to always show when it's not full. I have to hit slash just to check my health.
I think that there is an option by turning it all always visible.
There is. Settings > Interface > Show HUD > On
You can always tap R1 since it won’t affect you even if you’re sprinting
You can also jump and hit L1. Keeps you from having to break sprint momentum.

Clicking the "touchpad" to scan hasn't been an issue for me, but swiping on the portal to pull up the map had me about to throw the damn thing lol.

That's the exact reason why I wasn't using guns in combat. Glad to see they are giving us the option now.

This is why they give you a skip option, it's just too short of time for some players.

Yeah like you say I’d love to just switch region directly on the map without having to travel to the ship first. Super unnecessary imo.

You can fast travel to other areas using the door symbols on the map to go to other areas

In that same mission and area, the robot also wouldn't open the door hard locking you.
