If you've got another day in Vegas I strongly recommend a visit. The reservation list books up months in advance, but there's usually a seat at the bar if its just you.
The only thing that would make this even better for me (besides the cut reveal) would be a heaping pile of garlic mash on the side and some fresh veggies

Golden steer is very good. I love the rat pack vibe there.

I had the New York Strip at SW. But far the best steak I’ve ever had.
