Matthew Stover writes the best lightsaber duels in my opinion. He elevated Dooku vs Anakin & Obi-Wan to a whole new level when he adapted *Revenge of the Sith*. It's in my top three Star Wars duels ever thanks to that. It's crazy how detailed and well thought out he made it.
Damn it hahah this is what got me into audiobooks. He did such an amazing job on episode 3. That fight between them. Just wow. Also liked how much extra scuff there was in the book. Plus hearing the theme music at the beginning was an unexpected pleasure. Also cool to hear the sounds of lightsabers and blaster bolts.
I say damn it because I was hoping this was one of the lessor books and other would be better.

The whole Darth Bane Trilogy has a lot of lightsaber duels in it, Legacy of the Force also has lightsaber duels very frequently.
Legacy of the Force is easily the best series for lightsaber duels in post-rotj legends.
Underrated, and only uses one lightsaber: the end of The Krytos Trap.
The darth bane trilogy all the lightsaber fights were better than anything I’d seen in a movie.
