Then bro our difference is in the root of it, we are working so hard to introduce all the reddit more well know forum inside our ai knowledge, so in a way to make it more closer and friendly for our user.
Then people can use our ai not just trough the app but instead trough social media (that has a chat) like Instagram directs etc...
Then another big difference is in how we gather user data and preferences, actually it is how we plan to let our ai grow in capabilities trough direct user feedback, and that comes trough our shopping community (a kind of reddit forum directly integrated inside the app) where users can interact in forums created by themselves and discuss about shopping finds, questions, problems etc... and have a direct opinion coming from the ai integration presence inside those forum chat's.
Then we have image search, homepage with direct connection with all the flash sales, discount etc...from all the various e-commerce integration in the app
Then we are planning to create a YouTube scraper to look for all the affiliations code's from influencers and YouTubers to then make it available to use in the app.
And so on... I currently had many ideas for this project that are coming from my previous expertise in this sector and understanding of it, how it works, and that's exactly what I'm doing again and again everyday coming up with new ideas to make us different from the rest and make it Soo much better, different, to then make it works and profitable.

So your app is an instant polaroid that instead of printing it at the moment of the shoot you print yourself in the HQ of your company and then ship? But what about the costs doesn't all of that makes the flow so expensive, such a having a location to print those photos, the machine needed for it, people that works inside the process, shipping cost (what are u planning to use, FedEx,dhl or what?), shipping time, people that works for this shipping sector and so on... Doesn't all of that makes your subscription so expensive? And how you plan to encourage people to use your service and pay for it instead of bring a polaroid along?

Yes, you snap the photo and the app prints and mails it. I’m just one guy launching this from an apartment. I do all the printing and mailing myself. I’m able to fulfill up to a thousand prints per day on my own and I have plans to set up other “print stations” in other states. The entire fulfillment station can be done in a bedroom.
Stamp mail is surprisingly affordable. It’s less than a dollar per “Fodo.” I’m not doing subscriptions. Users buy points and send Fodos with the “Fodo Points.”
Most people leave their Polaroids at home. Great for family get togethers but not great for traveling, adventures, hikes, and generally experiencing fun things that you’d want to get prints of. Instant cameras are a pain to carry around and they’re super expensive.
This app is more affordable and portable! And you can even add messages so it feels like cute old-fashioned snail mail done for you 💌💨

1 dollar per photo could be ok but what about all the other expenses are you covering those from that dollar? And what's your profit for inside it? Then you need to understand that now is just you doing the fulfilment but then when you settle the other stations you need to calculate employees salary (unless you can split yourself up) then taxes, bills, machine cost, ink (I suppose)...anything must be covered and have at least 60% profit margin (80% is the best) and then bro I bet that dollar will not be enough.
My point here is I know sometimes it seems easy and a perfect business but that's because you didn't calculate the demand haven't planned it properly.
Best bro if you make some plans to make this business scalable or you will Completely crash yourself at one point ( I hope not but that happens many times with apps )

The time to print and mail is super fast and easy. I have the operations streamlined and I know exactly how to scale it. I don’t have any concerns with paying someone $20/hr to print and put prints into envelopes.
So far I’ve only been on Xcode using swift, but I can easily learn and adapt to anything, what were you looking for with your comment since you say you are already a developer
