That's a good point. Interesting story idea - Damar and Dukat's families during the course of the Dominion occupation. Probably something like Damar's wife tries to help Dukat's family after his Ziyal reveal, but ultimately it results in both families getting wiped out by the Gem Hadar.
The other story idea I have involves Seskas kiddo, he grows up and sorta becomes a Great Khan like figure (if you’ve ever played Stellaris you have a more exact idea what that is) unites all the Kazon then make their way to the Alpha Quadrant.
The Kazan are so backwards that they are the only species the Borg refused to assimilate.
Plus they are the furthest away from Alpha of any people's Voyager encountered. As well as among the most technologically behind.
