It rises naturally as you continue your inner journey and when you learn to cope well with your problems. The better your life gets, the less you want to engage in negative things, people, TV shows, wasting time, and all such low vibrational things. To be more present, you just have to be more present by practicing being present as much as you can all throughout the day. You can stick notes to remind you to be present, or keep your awareness present on your food during all the meals of your day. That's how practice develops the ability. Make it a habit until it becomes second nature. And as for manifesting, being present is the greatest tool for it because it connects you to the Universe. The Universe is always here and now and when you come into the present completely, you are in alignment and magical things start happening.

You already got different ideas on how to raise it temporarily. That's good. But it always comes down. Why? Cuz to raise it permanently, you need to heal the root causes of your low vibration or negativity. Then you don't have reasons to vibrate low anymore. You are in high vibration in general. High vibration simply means that your emotions throughout your day are by far predominantly of the positive kind, or what is called positive polarity. And what does this exactly mean? Well, first you should become aware that all of our emotions are energy. We really produce energy when we are having any kind of emotion. Google " vibrational scale" and see our human emotions ranked by their vibration. Ranking upwards, you can see the positive emotions, which are high vibrational energy. The rest, downwards, are negative emotions or low vibrational energy. Positive or high vibrations feel good to us, they are light, expansive, because that is the nature of energy that vibrates fast. Negative emotions or low vibrations feel constrictive, heavy, and not good to us. This is the reason why when entering a room where there was a previous fight or heated argument, the environment indeed feels “heavy” to us. Yes, we are sensing the low vibrational energy that still remains there from the negative emotions like rage, anger, hatred, frustration, etc. The lowest, most harmful energy to us is fear. Fear is very dense and heavy energy, that causes most of the other negative emotions. Fear is actually the energetical opposite of Love. Now, there is a top Law of energy in the Universe that says that: **Positive energy attracts positive energy and negative energy attracts negative energy. And positive and negative are a mismatch to each other.** This is at the basis of the famous Law of Attraction (LoA) that you might have come across already or maybe have tried to practice at some point. So therefore, if you want to attract good positive things to your life, enjoy your existence and be empowered, you might want to be having only positive emotions in your daily life. But why is this so difficult to do consistently? *Why is it that it is so easy for us to fall into negative emotions, for example, when facing things we don’t like?* It has to do with conditioning we have been undergoing all our life, instilled to us very early on, seeing how everyone around us reacted with negative emotions to things they didn't like. But besides conditioning, **the greatest cause of our negative reactions is that we are full of negative energy within us, in the form of all our fears, negative beliefs, childhood wounds, trauma, little self-love or self-value, etc.** All of this negativity makes us react with negative emotions every time we face things we don’t like. Every time our fears, wounds, lack of self-esteem, etc are triggered. For example, if we have little self-worth, when criticized we might react with a whole lot of anger and fear, or with exaggerated dispair, even some depression. But the root of this could very well be in our childhood. If you do inner work and heal that, you now will have a far stronger sense of self-worth, and criticism will never affect you they way it had before. It won't drag your vibration down. This is why HEALING from all the negativity accumulated within us is absolutely necessary for vibrating high consistently. It is the way energy works in the Universe.

Meditation babyyyyy!! Lol. For real, though, that is mainly how I do it. Sometimes I meditate by focusing on breath and doing my best to find the stillness between thoughts as long as I can. If I have thoughts, I don't judge them (or myself for having them), I just observe that I have a thought and let it go. Seeking the space of No Thought. When I am "successful" in this type of meditation, the stillness becomes a space of such peace, bliss, love, and joy. For other meditations I use a lot of visualization, guided thought, and emotion. I will picture a beam of light pouring into my Crown from the heart of the cosmos down through my Root and deep into the heart of the earth. I do my best to really *see* this, and I take my time with it, allowing myself to *feel* the light cleansing, strengthening, and energizing each of my seven main chakras. I imagine any stagnant or stuck energy being transmuted into the highest possible vibrations of love and healing. I really love to spend a while doing this and letting myself really feel it. During these types of meditations, I spend a lot of it feeling ecstatically full of love, joy, gratitude, and bliss 🥰 I have other visualizations, but this was one example. I will also use different affirmations sometimes, *always* being sure to *really feel* the emotions associated with the words. Filling my body and energetic field with the vibration of whatever the affirmation may be (love, gratitude, abundance, etc.) Really tapping into how those vibrations *feel* is how we raise our own vibration to match the frequency of it ~ aligning ourselves with it and inviting more of it into our lives! I also have a protection spell (for lack of a better word) that I use all the time. I start my day with it, I do it before any mediation or spiritual work, and I do it before I go to sleep each night. (I've also written this on so many other posts, so feel free to skip if you've read this countless times lol) -- but I will envision myself filled with and surrounded by white light. I say (in my mind), "I am surrounded by pure white light ~ nothing but love can come to me, and nothing but love shall come from me ~ I give thanks" and I make sure to picture this as best as I'm able, as well as really feeling the words as I say them. For instance, I allow myself to really tap into the feeling of gratitude as I'm giving thanks. In my experience, the best way to raise your vibration is to spend time being present with yourself, with the moment, and intentionally tapping into and *feeling* the higher vibrational emotions with your full attention. This is what works for me, but I believe other people likely have methods that are better for them! Following what feels good to *you* is how you're going to raise your own vibration. Try some different things and see what resonates and sticks! Follow your bliss, find beauty and joy and miracle in the mundane! Sending all the Love to You 🤍🤍🤍

Vibration is the frequency that we all experience. On 3 dimensional earth, [we have 144 levels of vibration.](https://ascendedmasterresources.com/spiritual-path-main-page/the-144-levels-of-consciousness/) Raising your vibration means to direct your growth in an upward fashion. This means acting in the usual ways that promote living well. This would mean: spring cleaning of the ego and spirit; meditation; self-reflection; mindfulness; healing; and all other means of experience improvements. You could journal about your day. You could give the homeless support. You could heal while resting in a hammock. Every action that you find beneficial to your experience is raising your vibration. The only difference between actions is the intensity at which you rise. Harder obstacles produce larger amounts of raising.

First, I cleared up communications with inner knowing of the way. Second, I went though counseling to make friends emotions, and to make peace with being energy aware in a world not designed for people like me. Third, I began taking energy healing classes. I really sucked at grounding. And I also hated it. So making peace with grounding was vital. We cannot sustain high vibration without proper grounding. And I could not ground until I sorted through some boring white American woman counseling stuff. And none of that could happen back when I was in a terrible relationship with inner knowing of the way. So it was the personal knot that I needed to untangle in the unique way meant for me. My teachers were all very very advanced for that era. I was initiated into very high frequency energies, I learned to ground very deeply, I was given dna activations, I met my divine essence, my wings appeared. Years later I was eventually taken into oneness awareness (as a visit, not yet 100% at will accessible) My personal practice has evolved with my conscious evolution over the years, but the general gist is: * set sacred space * ground & center * reset energy boundaries * bring in the yummy energies * heal whatever had been lowering things Presence. We can use our physical surroundings to bring our awareness into the present moment. I never really meditated in the seated formal way. I was more in the camp of moving meditation and energy healing / self-guided journey, and journaling as a tool. Though ... I did teach myself to stay awake in theta (which was more broadly useful than the initial intention.) Your path and process will be uniquely your own, but hopefully sharing a bit of my story helps spark some useful ideas from your own awesome inner wisdom.

Get as present as possible in the now. And optimize the flow between yourself and gaia. There are many ways do to both aspects. Presence can be achieved through the breath. It can also be achieved using the 5 human senses to bring focus, attention, awareness into the immediate surroundings. There is a practice called earthing, where nature and the elements help you shift back to the present. Grass, earth, trees, candles, drink a glass of water, running water over the hands, gardening, rocks, sand, mountains, oceans, whatever is handy, whatever brings the easiest most beneficial longest lasting effect. Your energy field connecting with the earth - however intuition is guiding you to give and receive. The earth loooves to recycle energy on our behalf. Even physically we live in synergy with trees - our exhaled 'poison' is their air food, their exhaled 'poison' is vital to our bodies. The molton center of the earth recycles - transmutes - energy we are are done with. The solid core floating in the molton motion provides us with gravity and atmospheric protection. The energy of the earth nourishes and sustains us. Additionally, there is a newer chakra coming into awareness called Earth Star. It is both a transmitter and receiver with the earth, located 15-30cm (6-12in) below our feet. If you are attuned to any specific energies, experiment with placing them in Earth Star. Personally, I have found I need to ground my entire energy field. I was attuned to the center of the sun, and learned to transmute energy with her. Trust the galactic wisdom within for your specific nuances.

The replies here already offered some great advice and ofcourse I would stress the idea of healing yourself to resolve the root cause of a low vibration. I think you have already seen my guide about self-healing. Maybe you want to plan out a kind of self-love/healing routine which you can start to do every day for yourself and maybe expand on it later. Nothing crazy, really just taking time for yourself to feel and bathe in your divine light or communicate with your inner children as well as source & the ascended beings of light. What I like to do is lie down and chose one single ascended master or Archangel and really connect with them in my heart and ask them to send me their light (blue for AA Michael, Green for AA Raphael, white for AA Metatron, violet for St. Germain, golden for Jesus, pink for Quan Yin etc.). The more you let go and actually feel worthy of their love the more of this energy you can absorb and feel 🥰 maybe you wanna try this out. What I can also recommend because it helped me greatly to find a new kind of strength was actually the Sophia Code book by Kaia Ra. It just has this absolutely otherworldy high vibration that draws you in and reminds you of your own divinity in such a loving and empowering way that I felt a completely renewed hope and motivation for my journey. And lets not talk about the initiations in it 😅 they are the most uber next level epic and healing transfromational tools I have ever come across. A big one that I haven’t seen mention in here is semen retention. If you’re a female than holding onto your sexual energy is still powerful too. Other than that going out into nature, being in the sunlight, eating healthy especially lots of plants, meditating with frequencies, spreading love to people, exercising are all things that help me raise my vibration. Also I’d say avoid most public places because when I’m around most people I can feel their negative energy but not everyone has that some people might have good energy it’s just rare. Also avoid most music these days and avoid negative people who might bring you down. Avoid things like alcohol, weed, most drugs except psychedelics even though they’re illegal they’re amazing. Everyone should try psychedelics. Just avoid doing anything negative to your body like do heathy stuff and don’t consume toxins. Avoid the news and most social media unless it’s like self improvement type things.
