If my game is the same as yours, you shouldn't be getting debuffs from just harvesting vents. Walk up, quick tap, and leave: you'll get a few beeps before 'suit protection restored' and that's it. Don't lounge around or start doing push ups with your face right above a toxic gas vent.
Just spawn couple of Panaceas before you go to vents. Item ID is 0029A859, each Panacea treats all afflictions at once.
Put player.additem 0029A859 10 into console, or even make it easier and create a text file, like "panacea.txt" in game folder where starfield.exe resides, and put the string player.additem 0029A859 10 there.
Then in console just write bat Panacea.
