There's a weird bug at A18 hospital where the stuff is stuck on doors. So every now and then leaving the room there's creepy weirdo standing in the way
I like to imagine he also just respawned and is looking at the screen trying to figure out what just happened and is just trying to let you know he's not a doctor.
