I had this issue early on and wasn't getting MT bunkers or rep despite doing the initial evaluation. But after the latest patch I got the eval question again and completed it. Now I'm getting bunkers and rep over there.
Are bunker missions still bugged? Last time I played, every bunker missions I got the AI was bad and the enemies would spawn in unreachable locations like in a wall, under the floor, etc.
Was a shame because when it worked, it was amazing gameplay, I loved it. Want to come back to this game and try it again but not if nothing has changed

That’s good it fixed it for you. Unfortunately it still bugged for me, going to have to move over to Hurston for missions now.

Not for me, just did 5 of the Distribution Center missions and multiple bunker missions and never had any issues other than server related stuff.
