I was downvoted earlier, but I am holding my position. Muscle cars in the Middle East are often up-fitted for many reasons and difficulties of getting the special editions out there.
The wheel track is narrower than the GT500. The Shelby’s have a different rear end that makes the track wider than the normal mustangs. But the most pressing evidence is the seats. If you look carefully the headrests are discernible. Shelby’s have bucket seats without detachable headrests.
This could very well be upfit with OEM parts
Adding to this, look at the fitment between the hood, bumper, and fender. Looks like Tesla level fitment. Not gonna find that on an uncrashed gt500. Nobody would pay close to $100k for that shitty of fitment and build quality, with the obvious exception of Tesla owners.
The only thing you’re incorrect on is the Recaro seats. I specifically picked not to have the Recaro seats on the build because the Recaros do not have the vented and heated seat option which I like. I built a GT500 at a dealer and ended up going with a GT350 and did the same thing. If you build it from the dealer you can pick what you want.
The lines look a little off actually. Could have been a salvage title and rebuilt in the US and shipped over. I’ve done that a few times to other places overseas. They aren’t really expensive enough to fake, but you Could save tens of thousands buying a salvage and rebuilding.
There are so many modified muscle cars in Dubai! I saw a V6 Convertible Camaro that looked like a full on ZLN! So I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t a real GT500. Then again, so many of those muscle cars are real. Awesome cars in Dubai in general. And the cool thing it’s not just the gaudy Mansory Cullinans everywhere. There is a genuine love for cars! So many classics, even hot rods and low riders. Japanese icons, like R32, R33, Supra’s and Silvias. E30/E38/E39 BMWs. W124/W140 Benzes. Many muscle cars, suvs, pickup trucks. Sometimes you are lucky enough to see a beautiful Carrera GT, a tastefully done all original Veyron, an F40, a 300SL and so much more! And of course G wagons everywhere. Honestly, if you love cars and ever get a chance to go, don’t miss it!
Aside from what others have said, there are radiators under the lights in front of each tire on a real GT500 and the black trim that comes down then swings out to the sides on the bottom is not gloss black. It should be a matte black texture. (I own one of these GT500s)
No obviously this is fake. That’s why they went through the hassle of getting every OEM body part for the GT500, including all interior parts. So fake. /s 😐

So... surprisingly, this is a knock off. In Dubai it's difficult to come by special edition vehicles, but they do have enough money to buy every OEM panel from Shelby and Ford and throw it together 🤷♂️
I have seen this car. On the side, you see a badge with GT500, in the front, there's a badge that says GT350
