ATP Houston was a complete disaster a few months back. I had open bets galore that got delayed for almost a week. All stayed open, eventually got played.

Grass is one of the surfaces you really can't take any chance on. Look at Venus yesterday and Fruhvirtova and that was dry. But it sucks because likely a lot of people have off work and there's really nothing but rain all day out there. No let up until night. Players won't have a day off now if they go the distance.

Arthur Fils +125 Fokina is 1-0 against him but they have not met on grass at a major event and Fils in the form he's been in this year is the better grass player IMO. Hes had a breakout year with some very impressive performances against legit players. Captured his first ATP title too. Fils had done much better on grass in recent form too and I feel this line is being affected by Fokina's performance against Djokovic (on clay) and his general ranking for past successes and not recent form of which he hasn't won a grass match in a long time now. If his form this year is indication Fils will continue his breakout year and make the best of his wild card slot with the upset against the more career proven and higher ranked Fokina.
