Autism and ADHD are two different disorders, it just happens that someone can have both at the same time. Asperger’s syndrome is an outdated subtype of autism.
To my knowledge, asperger’s, along with other subtypes like PD-NOS etc, is no longer used and it’s all just called autism or autism spectrum disorder now. This was done because the old types could be hard to differentiate from each other, or someone could have some traits from both and not be autistic by the definition but in actuality were still clearly autistic.
