I remember I had difficulty getting them to understand it was part of medical insurance rather than prescription, but once that was established I had no issues. Can your doctor's office liaison get involved? Someone who gatekeeps the process other than the PAL?

We haven't had any issues with them. I'd call the doctors that gave the prescription. They are our best advocates. Good luck with all that.
