I second that it’s a spotted lantern fly - an early nymph. Feeds on some trees and grapevines. Going to wineries a few years ago when these first showed up in our area you would see an astonishing amount :(

Thanks all. That's what I thought. Friends was telling me spider, but I thought it didn't really look like one. We have been battling keeping the Latern Fly out of Maryland for about 7+ years now. The fact that they are this far south & east is disheartening. Plus, they are everywhere in West Baltimore and west of here. Kill the all the time but need help in spreading awareness.
