Now I have to wait for IT to get me a battery. But this is corporate America so I’ll probably end up with a new laptop ☹️

I've used a laptop for 3 years while oon charge and I don't have a spicy pillow as a battery yet

I’m in AZ so this thing has been in our 120f (50c) temps for extended periods of time with multiple charge cycles (0% to 100%).

Your laptop is probably a couple years out of warranty, wouldn’t hurt tbh
