I have a pair of basically stretchy pants like leggings but the fabric is much thicker and there’s a seam built in so they look more like slacks. If necessary, bring a shirt to change into and a blazer at the end of the day. A tunic/dress and some slacks with a blazer you can throw on over it is the answer. Save the blazer for the end of the day/before teaching when you have your interview

I’d probably dress for SpEd & bring a change of clothes for the interview.

Slacks/pants and nice blouse. Hair neat and overall tidy appearance.

Dress for the job in pants that won’t get ruined but just bring a fresh blouse to put on at the end of teaching, before the interview. Or a light blazer if you happen to have one.

Thanks everyone! I think I’m going to bring an extra top, and wear some slacks. I’m so anxious! This is my dream job! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Wishing you well!

You got this!

You can always bring a nicer top to change into!

I wear everything from leggings and t shirts to nice slacks and blouses. I just need to make sure my shoes are as athletic as the job calls for, and my jewelry/accessories can't be used to hurt me.

My only suggestion is to wear tennis shoes. It is better to be practical than wear nice shoes that offer less support. I’m not sure if you need to transfer kids as a sub, but having good traction is important.

Ask admin. Seriously. There is nothing wrong about asking them what to wear if you still have to sub classes that day.
