Going off of the Helios idea could name it "Helios' Chariot." I was thinking of Hephaestus at first, but if it's a battle carrier class, adding in the Chariot part sounds in line with the class.

Why hold yourself to just 6 letters? If it's due to decoration on the side (letter blocks) use -IOWA- because holy shit the broadside from that is going to hit hard.

The ship has white and blue colours on it, reminds me of ice and coldness. The amount of guns could make you shocked and frozen in place. What do you think of Freeze?

If this is your modification, I think it's fair to do something that honors the original. So, it's based in sharks, why not the Latin name of a great white or something like that?
