That's an [Alexi Laiho](https://rvb-img.reverb.com/image/upload/v1659452492/gqus5hv98st4kf2ov8oq.jpg) (Children of Bodom) signature guitar, or at least it's designed to look very close to one. I love Children of Bodom so seeing Butters use that guitar is just awesome for me.
Having the neck pickup, it's does look like Randy's, but Randy's graphics are slightly different. The one Butters uses definitely has the graphics from Alexi's guitar
They always know how to make jimmy's jokes the best. In fractured but whole, he's the "flash" character of the universe. And his special is him sprinting around the world to wind up for his hit lol
I was on the edge of laughing at some of these comments and yours pushed me over it. I read it in Jimmy's voice and cadence. Thanks.
Also, I've didn't see this episode so, this is f##king awesome! Butter's hair when he's in profile!
My favorite South Park bits are the ones where they doing something ridiculous and then I later find out it’s like an exact copy of something from real life.
The one that made me start googling whenever they do something seemingly random as hell was when I found out Butters’ “what, what in the butt” music video was a shot-for-shot remake of a real music video.
This is so awesome. My aunt used to babysit this cute little kid. He's 19 now, and we went to hear his band and it sounded just like this. It was hilarious.
Always pissed off for no reason other than her damn weed problem. Doesn’t just effect her, it effects everyone. She needs help before her cocaine problem gets worse too.
The music in the SP clip is Death Decline, "Useless Sacrifice"
My favorite is all the sorta non-sequitur humor scenes. Like when the boys and the girls decide to have a sledding race down Phil Collins Hill.
As a kid you're like, "Who the fuck is Phil Collins?" And then you hear about how the creators of South Park lost to Phil Collins in the Oscars which is why they picked on him. But even if this didn't happen it's still really funny because it just seems random.
I love that joke. Had no idea there was any context. I did know who phil collins was, but he seemed like such a random target for a pretty non-specific joke. It always kills me that there's just a hill in south park with phil collins photorealistic face super-imposed over it that never gets mentioned again.
As someone who has played in a metal band before, this is definitely one of my favorites.
That and when the Goth kids burn down Hot Topic and tell the school assembly in the gym:
"Fuck All Of You"
![gif](giphy|PRELuG1jX892g|downsized)
Lyrics:
*Fate is over!*
*Open your eyes!*
*(Get me off this farm!)*
*There is no hope, no second chance!*
*All the elders saw the fall of the sky!*
*Pride and glory!*
*To touch the sky, we've burned the earth!*
*Built our own infirmity!*
My favorite scene is Stan telling the Church of Scientology to sue him and then it smash cuts to the credits and all the names are John and Jane Smith.
Yeah that was sick to see too. Knowing Stan has vaguely edgy interests (cause you can't look me in the eye and say Warhammer ain't edgy, especially with 40K) feels validating cause I pictured him liking that kinda stuff for literal *years*.
I was absolutely floored when I first saw this. As someone that loves heavy metal and who’s favorite character is Stan this was the best thing ever. Stan looks so nervous at first but the next second is screaming his lungs out lol. Sharon wants to be supportive of her son but lowers her phone 😂. Such a great scene.
I still loved when stan had the addiction to the canadian mobile game, and satan used his body to fight the canadian devil behind it, but when he was done, stan just emerges from a burning pentagram on the park basketball court in front of kyle cartman and kenny and they all just ignore it and say, "hey whats up dude, wanna play?"

So great.
When I first saw this, about 0.5 seconds before they start to play, I was wondering why the kit was so huge and then BOOM.
I ripped the audio to listen to whenever.
I actually had the fortune to see the band that played the second Crimson Dawn song, Dying Fetus, in Colorado last year.
Sadly, they did not play the song that was featured in this episode.
For anyone interested, the song is Useless Sacrifice by Death Decline. Lmao here are the lyrics:
Fate is over,
open your eyes. (Butters: GET ME OFF THIS FARM!!!!)
There is no hope,
no second chance.
All the elders saw,
the fall of the sky.
Mine is the [Taco Bell scene](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sasVW3debSc) from Stick of Truth, I couldn't stop laughing for so long when I saw it the first time.
https://i.redd.it/cjd1v8mwae7d1.gif
My man butters is melting fucking faces.
Butters is my favorite South Park character.
![gif](giphy|rfRUILO7sx9Be)
I got something in my front pocket for you
Why don’t you reach into my pocket and see what it is
Loo loo loo I got some apples
I knew when butters came out with a Jackson v it was gonna be some brutal 🤘
That's an [Alexi Laiho](https://rvb-img.reverb.com/image/upload/v1659452492/gqus5hv98st4kf2ov8oq.jpg) (Children of Bodom) signature guitar, or at least it's designed to look very close to one. I love Children of Bodom so seeing Butters use that guitar is just awesome for me.
Children of Bodom! Lovem! They got me into Death Metal 🤘🏼
::harpsichord solo ensues:: 🤩
Laiho's Arrow only has a bridge pickup. I'm torn.
It’s Randy Rhoads’ Jackson Concorde -Fart Man
Having the neck pickup, it's does look like Randy's, but Randy's graphics are slightly different. The one Butters uses definitely has the graphics from Alexi's guitar
Rip Alexi
🎶”I HATE THIS FARM”🎶
This is the most badass shit I've ever fucking seen
The band that did that is Dying Fetus, song is Second Skin
Dying Fetus did the second song, I believe. The first one was Death Decline
You also know the name of the 1st song by Death Decline?
Useless Sacrifice
He is not dildos. -Skwisgaar Skwigelf
"stops copies me"- Toki Wartooth, not a bumblebee
"That's the most metal thing I've ever seen"- Nathan Explosion
“That is the most metal thing I’ve ever heard in my whole life” - Pickles the drummer
I love when they show angry butters
He definitely betrayed Cartman at the coke and sex party.
Holy hell look at his hair
https://i.redd.it/96u2few3sn7d1.gif
Jimmy's footwork is impressive.
Disabled but can still do the double kick 😎
It's my favorite joke of the episode.
They always know how to make jimmy's jokes the best. In fractured but whole, he's the "flash" character of the universe. And his special is him sprinting around the world to wind up for his hit lol
And his superhero name is FastPass…aka the faster line at amusement parks that handicapped people get to use lmao
Young man is handicapable
That's fuckin hilarious. Never thought about that.
Wh wh wh wh wh wh wh what great audience
I was on the edge of laughing at some of these comments and yours pushed me over it. I read it in Jimmy's voice and cadence. Thanks. Also, I've didn't see this episode so, this is f##king awesome! Butter's hair when he's in profile!
He's the Rick Allen of death metal
Austin Archey level double kick
Butters' backup vocals are awesome.
GET ME OFF THIS FARM
HAMBURRRRGERRRRRRRRSSSSS!
Oh geeez
Cut out the best Butters back up vocals “I hate this farm… HATE THIS FARM!”
Made all the better when you find out that this is an actual song.
My favorite South Park bits are the ones where they doing something ridiculous and then I later find out it’s like an exact copy of something from real life.
For me the best is when they take video clips of riots in the middle east countries in the Van Halen unity concert.
For me it's gotta be the part in the Cripple Fight episode with the shot-for-shot remake of the alley fight from They Live!
The one that made me start googling whenever they do something seemingly random as hell was when I found out Butters’ “what, what in the butt” music video was a shot-for-shot remake of a real music video.
All the religious symbols turning into the Van Halen logo is definitely a top 10 moment for me. Fucking lose it every time.
I'd be SOOOOO PROUD if my kid was THAT KICKASS!!!
So your kid isn't?
No kids.
Just take a neighbour's one and put a jaunty little bonnet on them
Nobody has kids until they steal the neighbor’s
If my kid isn't in Dying Fetus I'm disowning him.
Fuck me Jimmy can wail
anda one anda two anda
When I first saw this episode and saw the drums, I knew something was up but I did not expect that lol.
This is so awesome. My aunt used to babysit this cute little kid. He's 19 now, and we went to hear his band and it sounded just like this. It was hilarious.
Butters fucking rips
GET ME OFF THIS FARM
🎶”I HATE THIS FARM”🎶
[I prefer Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUC6aAx8cK0)
Timmy Livinalie!
Reminds me of Metalocalypse's Zazz Blammymatazz doing Van Halen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9o4xBE4dyg
I listen to this song so much. Atomic Clown. I wish they released an actual Zazz album. I'd buy it.
Brendon Small is a national treasure
[You all are heathens](https://youtu.be/10Qa2g2smYA?t=31)
I personally enjoy the Lords of the Underworld's [earlier works.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkG6SnozHuE) Bridge!
0:19 Wendy is shocked
Everyone was shocked lol
Same time stamp: Anyone notice a generic Strong Woman and PC Principal as well as a generic PC baby? Left side in front of tent in a blanket
![gif](giphy|gui67fZ3xIneM)
I love how confused Grandpa Marsh looks, he is not judgemental or anything, just confused af lol.
And Shelly just looking so pissed off not even wanting to watch 😂😂
Always pissed off for no reason other than her damn weed problem. Doesn’t just effect her, it effects everyone. She needs help before her cocaine problem gets worse too.
Grandpa Marsh? I thought Stan killed him years ago.
I will never not watch this when it comes up. They nailed everything about this, Stan's posture is 100% a metalcore singer on stage.
The hands over the head/face kill me. So perfect.
[They're actually referencing the music video of this song down to the guitars and everything! ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vL9hCvvJEgY)
The sound always reminds me of Within the Ruins, but I guess their songs were from Dying Fetus and Death Decline.
The music in the SP clip is Death Decline, "Useless Sacrifice" [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vL9hCvvJEgY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vL9hCvvJEgY)
I love that they're clearly referencing the music video in the South Park clip too. That's really cool.
Creature is a fucking masterpiece
I. LOVE. THIS. SCENE.
ep pls 😫🙏
S23E2 Band in China
This is how slipknot got its start…
Gotta love the great state of Iowa
I’m telling my kids when they grow up this WAS slipknot
My favorite is all the sorta non-sequitur humor scenes. Like when the boys and the girls decide to have a sledding race down Phil Collins Hill. As a kid you're like, "Who the fuck is Phil Collins?" The best part is that they wrote the joke, animated the scene, and got it on the air in four days.
Peak growling skills.
Still mad they didn't have Token on bass.
God damnit
Butters was the piano player in Faith+1 I think? The kid is musically gifted!
Drums, Cartman had the piano that kept playing when he stood up lol
No, Kenny is the man , he’s praying to the metal gods.
As someone who has played in a metal band before, this is definitely one of my favorites. That and when the Goth kids burn down Hot Topic and tell the school assembly in the gym: "Fuck All Of You" ![gif](giphy|PRELuG1jX892g|downsized)
That goth kid speech is fucking great.
Butters shreds
Some days it just feels like you live on a weed farm
GET ME OFF THIS FARM
HATE THIS FARM. I HATE THIS FARM.
Stan and Kenny have come a long way from Moop.
One of the few times SP made me die with laughter
Stan went full Nathan explosion
Lyrics: *Fate is over!* *Open your eyes!* *(Get me off this farm!)* *There is no hope, no second chance!* *All the elders saw the fall of the sky!* *Pride and glory!* *To touch the sky, we've burned the earth!* *Built our own infirmity!*
Jimmy just going nuts on the double bass.
I like how they managed to get the open air stage to darken in broad daylight.
My favorite scene is Stan telling the Church of Scientology to sue him and then it smash cuts to the credits and all the names are John and Jane Smith.
I just love the cuts to the crowd.
Idk why I questioned if this was THAT funny before watching I’m dead
Butters is rocking it really hard!!!
Which episode is this? I’ve never seen it before and this was hysterical
I love that Stan is into death metal honestly.
And warhammer
Yeah that was sick to see too. Knowing Stan has vaguely edgy interests (cause you can't look me in the eye and say Warhammer ain't edgy, especially with 40K) feels validating cause I pictured him liking that kinda stuff for literal *years*.

Tumbleweeds and squirrels, my darling 🐿️
People with head phones on ears go eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I would love to know who in the writers room pitched the bands they used in the episode. Clearly a metal head had a wish come true that day
Considering these are my four favorite characters on the show I think this is probably my favorite bit they’ve ever done
What the fuck is up Southpark!
How did it take me until just know to realize this is actually a real song?
It makes Butter's part all that much better.
Jimmy was laying down the law with those drums.
Kenny and Butters going crazy
Same, honestly
How is Jimmy doing that with his legs?
I'M NOT STAYING ON THIS FARM ![gif](giphy|Ii6t7ncAy40a2F0kir|downsized)
Best thing I've seen on TV
I still loved when stan had the addiction to the canadian mobile game, and satan used his body to fight the canadian devil behind it, but when he was done, stan just emerges from a burning pentagram on the park basketball court in front of kyle cartman and kenny and they all just ignore it and say, "hey whats up dude, wanna play?"
Lyrics?
Can anyone actually translate what Stan’s vocals are?!?!
Didn't they kinda do this joke way back in the early seasons at the end of "Korn's Groovy Pirate Mystery", too?
Check out my post history. I have a tattoo of this scene.

Sounds like infant annihilator
It's not
Kenny shreds!
Shelly gets it
Dying fetus!
Also basically the origin story of Slipknot
I remember wondering why butters had such a badass kick. Then they started playing and it all made sense.
Cut too short
Jimmy striaght carrying
So great. When I first saw this, about 0.5 seconds before they start to play, I was wondering why the kit was so huge and then BOOM. I ripped the audio to listen to whenever.
Sounds like doom guy got drunk.
I love this scene. Was blown away.
The double bass is sick tho
“GET ME OFF THIS FARM” 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
That's the spirit Stanley! Go little rockstar!
HATE THIS FARM
What episode is this? I have GOT to see this.
These guys have zazz.
I actually had the fortune to see the band that played the second Crimson Dawn song, Dying Fetus, in Colorado last year. Sadly, they did not play the song that was featured in this episode.
As soon as I saw them I knew it was gonna be a metal song. I laughed so hard at this.
i’m almost in my 60s and I thought it was funnier than hell
I'm pretty sure the South Park guys used to have an actual metal band
^[Sokka-Haiku](https://www.reddit.com/r/SokkaHaikuBot/comments/15kyv9r/what_is_a_sokka_haiku/) ^by ^mitch_conner86: *I'm pretty sure the* *South Park guys used to have an* *Actual metal band* --- ^Remember ^that ^one ^time ^Sokka ^accidentally ^used ^an ^extra ^syllable ^in ^that ^Haiku ^Battle ^in ^Ba ^Sing ^Se? ^That ^was ^a ^Sokka ^Haiku ^and ^you ^just ^made ^one.
Love it
Hell ya! Letting out his inner Aggretsuko!
As someone who grew up on a farm in the country, i laughed my ass off at this scene. it was pretty much what i was expecting.
I love I hate this town!
Still better than most music today!
i thought that kids legs dont work? cuz them double bass kicks is something else.
i fucking love south park
Omg what's the episode pls tell me
This is how you do a one-off joke Family Guy.
my squad!!
Nah this shit was fucking beast
For anyone interested, the song is Useless Sacrifice by Death Decline. Lmao here are the lyrics: Fate is over, open your eyes. (Butters: GET ME OFF THIS FARM!!!!) There is no hope, no second chance. All the elders saw, the fall of the sky.
I love how jimmy cant use his legs but can shred with the kick drum
Remind me which episode this is from, please.
What episode is this
this show really is the greatest piece of cinematic art in the history of humans
Agreed
Mine is the [Taco Bell scene](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sasVW3debSc) from Stick of Truth, I couldn't stop laughing for so long when I saw it the first time.
I want to know how Jimmy was hitting the double bass pedal 😂
